Born at a very young age, the year 1965 saw the birth Serge Boisvert deNevers in the beautiful city of Quebec, Canada. Early On, at a very young age, still wearing diapers, Serge demonstrated his skills already in the area of the drawing and the flirt of the opposite sex... (the Barbies of his little sisters, apparently.). Today, Serge is acclaimed by the critic as someone that nobody knows.

At the ungrateful age of 12 old, and living in Montreal, Serge became the Protege of a very popular comedian, in the 1970s. And has become a Young Cartoonist called Rapido, the fastest cartoonist the in the world. (err.as much as al this is a bit awkward to admit and write, it's all but true.). But, suddenly, The career of RAPIDO had become the fastest career to stop in the world since Serge's family moved back to live in Quebec City after 3 years of tours of spectacles, televisions shows apparitions and festival of all kinds working with a bunch of TVs, movies, and popular celebrities of the time.

In 1985, without a penny and wondering as to how to pick-up girls and make money at the same time, (oh boy,
some are rather cocky and have some few screws lose, when young, eh?), Serge sailed in the business of cartoonist-caricaturist in Malls. As a true natural entertainer, with humor and animation for the shoppers, the productions of caricatures was endless and quickly popularity moved in... so, Money was pouring, girls were sliding, and, well, I was killing two birds with one rock.

With such success, Serge then met his partner of the 1st hour at one of his Mall performances, one night, Sylvain Bolduc. Attracted with a morbid curiosity of the latter and impress about the beautiful shape of Serge's hips, friendship installed fast between the two. And they founded the Safarir magazine where its first publication happened in October 1987! By 1989 and throughout the 1990s, SAFARIR became such a phenomenal success that it eventually even got its big domination over the head of the very popular magazine CROC.

Then, Sylvain Bolduc of became immensely rich and snobby, Serge was able to move from its 1 bedroom apartment to a luxury Bachelor pad, (... Would you not do the same?! Come on, come on, you know you would.)... Also a passionate for traveling, he's been in Asia, Europe, Africa, US, and many more.... Hopefully again, one day.

Serge became popular, (ahh, always these seducing hips.), and his first series of comic strips in the magazine was called Doctor Grumpy (Docteur Gorgon, and had been published in Safarir for several years. Lots of other series had been created by Serge and published over the years. Films parodies, TV parodies, illustrations, caricatures, all that was Serge daily work's.

Since then, Serge has evolved in the field of the comic book, the caricature and the (Eye-candy)kind of illustrations. Now aged 51 years, with a bit ore than 30 years of experiences in the field, (started in 1986), more bald than an egg, as much Latin as a Blue Cheese but without the smell, hiding under his Fedoras and still hoping to become the NEXT Hugh Hefner (of illustrations and cartoons, of course...he, he), In 2012, He teamed with Normand La belle, (Normand is an author, journalist, Artist-illustrator, TV news editor, comic book geek, Wonder Woman worshiper, etc…), and saw in Serge the promises of a future of success and fame! Now in 2016, Normand still strives to find all this! Well, let's wish good luck to Normand!
